Shipping & Returns

Everything we sell is printed, sanded, packed and shipped by the two of us in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Here's what to expect after you order.

When your order ships

Stock items (hanging bat planters and sitting bats) usually leave our house within 1–2 business days.

Personalized orders (player planters, custom designs) are made to order. Production takes approximately 3–5 business days once we have all your personalization details, logos and approvals. Please order as early as possible for Senior Night or other date-sensitive events. We recommend allowing at least 2 weeks whenever possible to give us enough time for personalization, proof approval, production, and shipping.

We ship USPS from Selinsgrove, PA. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. You'll get a tracking number by email when your package leaves.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of your order and where it's going.

International orders

We ship within the United States from this site. If you're outside the U.S., please order through our Etsy shop. Etsy handles applicable taxes, fees and VAT at checkout, which makes international ordering easier for both of us.

If something arrives damaged

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at ourgivinggrove@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first at ourgivinggrove@gmail.com and include photos of the item. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Personalized items: because these are made specifically for your player or your design, we can't accept returns unless the item is damaged or we made an error. You approve a proof before we print, which is where we catch most problems.

Picking up at a show

Ordering online but seeing us at a craft show soon? Message us and we'll bring your order to the booth and refund your shipping. See our show calendar.
